Shipping Policy
Every product is made to order to avoid overproduction.
From now on, production takes about 7 days after your order, followed by shipping.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:

Switzerland: 3–5 business days

Germany & Austria: 5–10 business days
Shipping is calculated as a flat rate:

Switzerland: included

Germany: 9 €
-
Austria: 9 €
All orders are shipped from Switzerland.
If you're ordering from Germany or Austria, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are usually limited to the local VAT (19–20%), plus a small processing fee charged by the delivery service .
These costs are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If an item doesn't fit, you're welcome to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
In most cases, we’ll issue you a store credit, so you can place a new order in the size or style you prefer.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are not covered.
We cannot accept worn or damaged items.
